We're currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician for the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Commonwealth Office of Technology's Field Services Branch in Paducah.
The selected candidate will be required to travel throughout the Paducah Region, a government vehicle will be provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION This position is for onsite technicians that will work directly with customers.
We are looking for knowledgeable, experienced technicians with great customer service skills.
The candidates need to be experienced in desktop support:
installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows-based environment.
The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills.
SKILL SET COMPARISON Required:
Very knowledgeable and experienced with a high aptitude for customer service.

Candidates will need to work on desktops.

Candidates will need to work on tablets.
Required:
Candidates will need to work on copiers.
