9K a year We are looking for an account coordinator to join our team.
The focus of this position is to set up and manage project timelines using project management software, work with our team to meet client goals, and communicate with clients.
(Note:
This is not a sales position) Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts, manage timelines and ensure that the marketing plan initiatives are on time, within budget, and meet the brand goals.
Collaborate with our team on account direction and deliverables.
Conduct regular review of the brand strategy and marketing plan with the sales and creative teams.
Update leadership team weekly on status/progress of accounts.
Use project management software for organizing, tracking and managing projects and keep all information for the account up to date within that software.
Identify gaps in processes to work more efficiently.
Qualifications:
Marketing project management experience, minimum of 1 year Experience with taking big picture ideas and breaking them down into actionable steps Excellent people/communication skills.
Written communication skills are very important in this role - Your cover letter and resume should very clearly outline your qualifications for this role and your experience in marketing and management.

Ability to think both tactically and strategically Ability to coordinate and juggle numerous priorities Strong ability to adjust to change Self-starter who can work independently and effectively with little to no supervision.
Degree in marketing, business, or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
