9K a year 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago Description/Job Summary Administers a variety of Human Resources programs and activities designed to attract, motivate and retain a quality workforce, as well as provide employee support in the areas of recruitment, benefits, and assist in planning, organizing and implementing Human Resource activities as directed by the Chief Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities/Duties RESPONSIBLITIES:

) Employees have the responsibility to comply with Standards of Conduct, Privacy, IT Security, etc.
35% 1.
Supports association's recruiting, hiring and termination processes.
Coordinates job opportunity bulletins, job postings and employment advertising.
Conducts preliminary interviews with manager, new employee orientations, exit interviews, and gathers all documentation.
Completes onboarding with all new hires.
Coordinates IT/Office logistics with IT and managers.
Coordinates reporting associated with employment.
Coordinates Association presence at career fairs.
25% 2.
Coordinates all benefits programs and ensures proper paperwork is completed and submitted.
Support for employees.
20% 3.
Verifies/audits all Oracle data, new hire/term checklists, personnel files, reports, etc.
Completes Employment Verifications.
Initiate performance review and job description processes.
15% 4.
Assists in coordination of HR activities.
5% 5.
Other duties as assigned.
Required
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, administration or related field OR Associates Degree
Experience:
Two years of related human resource, administrative and clerical experience.
Computer skills required.
Sensory and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to communicate audibly in and with staff and general public.
Must have the documents to read documents from many sources Markets the Association by being a source of referrals for all lending segments Performs other duties as assigned Responsibilities/Duties.
