the Financial Development Coordinator exists to create an annual financial strategy to meet PCM's financial goals through annual giving, foundation grants, fundraising, member congregational support, financial support unrealized, and special events.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop an annual financial plan in coordination with the Executive Director to ensure financial goals for the year are met.
Lead in the identification, cultivation, stewardship and management of funding resources with a focus on increasing donor renewal rates and securing new gift opportunities.
Maintain a donor database and correspondence with donors on behalf of PCM Process accounts payable and payroll for the organization.
Other Duties Be prepared to assist as a substitute with services to clients as needed.
Assist with community-wide special events in which PCM is involved.
Communication Keep Director and other staff informed of matters that would be of concern to other staff members.
Educate at every opportunity, donors and clients regarding PCM policy, programs and services.
Confidentiality and Professionalism, Hospitality Maintain standard confidentiality standards; conduct all business of PCM with donors, clients, board members, etc.
