We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, financial services, some knowledge of accounting, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast paced small office environment within the financial industry.
Primary Duties:
- Review Installment Loans to ensure accuracy, calculations, and working with 3rd party to resolve any missing documentation or problems.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and internal policies throughout the loan process -Manage daily funding of loans -Data Entry of New Loans both Retail and Commercial -Prepare, sign, and distribute Vehicle Title Work - Gather Information, prepare, and process Commercial Loans -Prepare, Balance, and upload all daily loan payments -Assist with reviewing, preparing, and funding Rent To Own Contracts -Assist with processing credit applications -Assist with Operation Department Customer Service -Assist with Monthly Reports -Other Administrative job duties as assigned Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in loan processing and servicing - Knowledge of financial services industry practices and compliance - Strong understanding of basic math principles and loan calculations -Knowledge of bookkeeping and/or accounting principals - Confidentiality, multi-tasking and problem solving skills - Proficiency in 10-key typing and computer keyboarding for data entry tasks -Ability to communicate with others one-on-one, fielding questions, and responding to complaints or problems.
-Ability to work independently, highly self-motivated, work within strict deadlines and under pressure -Ability to work closely with other employees and in a team environment.
