Summary:
Plumbing, basic electrical skills, landscaping and grounds maintenance, painting, dry wall repair, vct, luxury tile, and vinyl floor install, cleaning/ janitorial skills and more.
Maintenance schedule is Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 7 am to 5:
30 pm.
Once you reach top out pay you will be on a rotating on-call list.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively - Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants - Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance - Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
