50 an hour The Application Support Technician position is a full-time position at Kalleo Technologies.

We are expanding our Help Desk Services Division and are in search of qualified candidates to join the team! The core responsibilities of an Application Support Technician position are responding to service requests via phone and email, confirming customer information, and creating service tickets with clear and thorough documentation.
When the service ticket falls within the scope of Kalleo Technologies, the Application Technician will provide scripted troubleshooting remediation.
An ideal candidate will have a knowledge of basic computer fundamentals and ability to provide high quality customer service.
Some basic computer fundamentals include familiarity with Android and/or Apple cell phone operation, rudimentary knowledge of Microsoft Windows; experience working on a computer in day-to-day operations is a plus.
This position will provide the candidate with on-the-job training.
