Overall Purpose of Job: The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of establishing a strategic partnership throughout the Company and support of operations demonstrated by making a positive impact on a project, department, office, or global practice through the development and implementation of programs and processes. Primary Job Duties/Functions: 1. Directs one or more human resources / labor relations functions with administrative leadership across multiple cost centers, regions or business HR/ LR groups. 2. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations. 3. Responsible for staffing and overall management and the development or implementation of policies, procedures and methods designed to enhance the ability to attract and retain qualified employees. 4. Has budgetary accountability. 5. Maintains a close working relationship with operational management to ensure that services are properly executed and the needs of the company are met. 6. Presents knowledge and experience at national or international gatherings such as high-level meetings, conventions or symposiums. 7. Makes continued efforts to stay current on issues, theories, and practices pertaining to his or her discipline. 8. Recognized by senior level leadership within Fluor as a functional and/or technical expert in his or her field. 9. Remains current on applicable state and federal regulations pertaining to his or her discipline. 10. Fosters a collaborative environment. 11. Supervises, mentor and coach direct reports. 12. Remains knowledgeable of Fluor's policies and procedures. 13. Actively participates in Fluor development programs. 14. Contributes to a safe working environment. 15. Performs other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: 1. Generally favorable indoor office workspace, and/or 2. On-site project workspace of various conditions which may include temporary buildings or structures moving, mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and various levels of outside weather
Basic Job Requirements
1. Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field.
2. 15 years of work-related experience within the related field.
3. Must be able to obtain a DOE L or Q clearance.
Other Job Requirements
1. Competent computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations
2. Strong discretion and independence.
3. Effective oral and written communication skills.
4. Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
5. High critical thinking/reasoning ability.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
