B2B Sales Representative

We are a third generation local company with offices in KY and TN. We have a product distribution radius of 150 miles. We are looking for a professional, energetic, GO GETTER to join our sales team in the Paducah, KY office. The positon involves the service of an already established sales route as well as the responsibility of maintaining and growing the current customer base. You will be home every night and be expected to manage your own time while meeting sales expectations. This is a full time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week while receiving a salary, commission, bonuses and a company assigned vehicle to drive.
Responsibilities:
o manage and grow customer accounts in a defined network of dealers
o build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customers' concerns
o grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross selling additional products and services, while controlling inventory and doing what is best for the customer
o identifying/ cold calling/ development of new customer accounts
o represent the company professionally in person and over the phone
o maintain current product knowledge and current industry trends
o maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources with a constant commitment to teamwork
Qualifications:
o Desire to have personal accountability to drive your own income
o Ability to self-manage using time management skills without much direct supervision
o Working knowledge of the automotive industry or applicable field
o Knowledge of business to business sales principles and practices
o 5
years of sales experience or 10
years of customer service experience
o Self-motivated with a track record of success
o must meet people well (Extrovert personality)
o Valid Driver's License
o Minimum of 25 years old
o High school diploma, or GED (business college a plus)
o Must be able to pass a drug/ alcohol screening, background check, and physical
